Every day at ConCab offers me a new exciting challenge. The broad spectrum of our customers around the world and my great colleagues motivate me to give my best every day. Working with different countries, customers and in a wide variety of projects challenges you in a positive sense and also gives you the opportunity to develop personally. Even after almost 15 years with ConCab, I still learn something new every day.
How long have you been with us?
I’ve worked at ConCab for almost 15 years, and as of May 1, 2022, we’re officially part of CCG.
What did you do before this job?
Before I came back to ConCab I was working in the lighting industry for about 2 years and was responsible for the distributors in different countries.
What do you like most about your job?
That every day brings a new challenge, never runs the same and that you are constantly learning.
In your opinion, what characterizes a good working atmosphere in the team and how important is that to you?
That you can also laugh together. A good atmosphere among each other is very important for me. The cohesion and support of the team help you overcome even the most difficult problems in your daily work.
What would you like to pass on to your colleagues in the CCG?
It is good to celebrate the successes, but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure (Bill Gates).
What do you like to do outside of work? Do you have any hobbies?
I love creating beautiful memories with my friends and family through a variety of endeavors. A relaxed barbecue evening in the garden, spontaneous trips to the beer garden, going out to eat or even trips to paintball planned long in advance.
